We currently have an opening within our Digital Modernization Sector for a Cyber Analyst Intern. The intern will work within our Fed/Civ IT group performing the following duties:
Primary Responsibilities:- Research best security practices around the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Based on this research write recommended guidelines for end users and the use of AI.
- Research AI based security threats such as email phishing campaigns.
- Determine if there are key indicators that can be used to mitigate these attacks.
- Research Microsoft CoPilot Security for Microsoft Defender and work with the Security Engineering Team on implementing a proof of concept in the CMS M365 Tenant.
- Working with the Security Engineering Team on developing work flow automations to improve security response to incidents.
Basic Qualifications:- Must be pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Pay Range:Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00
