Job Description Position Summary ECS is seeking a Cybersecurity Compliance Technician (VM) - Senior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program. This role supports Task 3 - Cybersecurity Operations Support by executing vulnerability management activities that help defend the ARNG's classified and unclassified network environments across the DoDIN-Army-NG area of responsibility. The Cybersecurity Compliance Technician (VM) assists with conducting scans, documenting findings, updating tracking systems, supporting remediation coordination, and performing validation rescans under senior supervision. In this role, the candidate contributes to ENOCS deliverables for secure baseline configuration, vulnerability management, compliance monitoring, and continuous monitoring while coordinating with the broader cybersecurity operations team.
The position directly supports ARNG's mission to deliver secure enterprise services for more than 120,000 users and approximately 141,000 endpoints across about 2,800 sites in 54 states and territories, including support to Title 10 and Title 32 missions, mobilization readiness, domestic emergency response, and classified SIPRNet operations. The role operates within the ENOCS cyber environment that includes coordination with the NETCOM Global Cyber Center and DISA DCDC, and supports compliance activities tied to platforms and services identified in the program environment such as ACAS, STIG Manager, eMASS, USIEM, endpoint and server infrastructure, and cross-domain/classified operational enclaves. By maintaining accurate vulnerability status and helping validate corrective actions, this position supports DCO-IDM objectives that preserve cyber freedom of action for ARNG forces.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities - Execute vulnerability management scans and related compliance activities under senior supervision to support Task 3 Cybersecurity Operations Support objectives.
- Collect, document, and maintain vulnerability findings in designated tracking systems to support continuous monitoring and accurate compliance reporting.
- Update vulnerability status records and remediation tracking data to support enterprise visibility across ARNG network and system environments.
- Assist with remediation coordination by communicating scan findings and corrective action status with internal cybersecurity teams and service owners.
- Perform rescans to validate that corrective actions have been implemented and accurately document validation results.
- Support secure baseline and compliance monitoring activities aligned to ENOCS vulnerability management and configuration control processes.
- Help maintain artifacts and status information used for eMASS updates, compliance documentation, and continuous assessment activities.
- Support vulnerability assessment activities for enterprise infrastructure, including environments identified in the ENOCS technical stack such as ACAS-managed assets, servers, and endpoint platforms.
- Coordinate vulnerability management support within the broader ENOCS cybersecurity operating environment, including activities aligned with NETCOM Global Cyber Center and DISA DCDC reporting and operational processes.
- Contribute to protection of ARNG classified and unclassified enclaves by maintaining timely, accurate scan results and remediation status for systems supporting 54 states and territories.

Experience: 1+ years of experience in cybersecurity
- Experience supporting vulnerability scanning, findings documentation, remediation tracking, and validation rescans.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and status reporting for continuous monitoring and compliance activities.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management processes used to assess, document, and verify corrective actions.
- Experience supporting compliance-related artifact collection and updating tracking repositories or status systems.
- Ability to follow established procedures and work under senior supervision in a cybersecurity operations environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise cybersecurity environments supporting endpoint, server, and networked systems at scale.
Desired Skills Desired Qualifications Security Clearance: Active TS//SCI (preferred)
- Experience supporting vulnerability management activities in Army, ARNG, or other DoD enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with ACAS, STIG Manager, or eMASS in support of compliance monitoring and vulnerability tracking.
- Exposure to cybersecurity operations environments that coordinate with NETCOM, DISA, or similar DoD cyber organizations.
- Experience supporting classified and unclassified enclaves, including environments associated with SIPRNet or NIPRNet operations.
- Familiarity with continuous monitoring practices supporting RMF-aligned cybersecurity compliance activities.
