We are seeking a senior Kinaxis Business Analyst  to support a blueprinting exercise for an Advanced Planning Solution using Kinaxis Maestro, integrated with SAP ECC 6.0 SP7 and JDE 9.1, leveraging an Azure‑based data platform.

This role is blueprint‑only but requires Kinaxis configuration knowledge to ensure the future‑state design is feasible, performant, and aligned with Kinaxis best practices.  The engagement will produce a build‑ready blueprint suitable for handoff to a system integrator or internal delivery team.

Blueprinting Objectives

The Business Analyst will:

• Define to‑be planning, fulfillment, and decision processes
• Apply Kinaxis configuration knowledge to shape realistic solution designs
• Ensure alignment across business, SAP, Kinaxis, data architecture, and integration
• Incorporate multi‑ERP considerations into the blueprint where applicable
• Deliver a decision‑ready blueprint with documented assumptions and tradeoffs

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

Planning & Fulfillment Process Blueprinting

• Participate and guide discovery during workshops covering:
• Demand planning
• Supply & constrained planning
• Inventory & safety stock
• Capacity & resource planning
• Allocation, order fulfillment, and prioritization
• (Optional) S&OP / IBP
• Document:
• To‑be decision flows across planners and fulfillment teams
• Planner roles, responsibilities, and decision cadence

• Define design principles that support cross‑ERP harmonization.

Kinaxis Functional & Configuration Blueprint

• Use Kinaxis configuration experience to:
• Validate the feasibility of planning and fulfillment designs
• Avoid over‑engineering and ERP‑replication anti‑patterns
• Define a Kinaxis‑aligned functional design including:
• Planning constraints, prioritization, pegging
• Allocation and fulfillment logic
• Exception‑based workflows and alerts
• Scenario and comparison use cases
• Highlight configuration implications of heterogeneous ERP data models.

Required Skills & Experience

Must‑Have

• Experience in Kinaxis Maestro blueprinting or early‑phase solution design
• Kinaxis configuration knowledge, including:
• Planning tables and data model
• Constraints, prioritization, and pegging
• Allocation / fulfillment‑supporting logic
• Worksheets, alerts, and scenarios
• Strong supply chain planning domain expertise
• Functional knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 planning‑relevant data and processes
• Experience defining APS–DataLake–ERP integration requirements, including:
• Source‑to‑lake‑to‑APS data flows
• Master vs transactional planning data
• Data latency, refresh cadence, and cutover assumptions
• Validation and reconciliation requirements across layers
• Strong facilitation, documentation, and decision‑driving skills
