Job Details- Handle complex business and commercial disputes - breach of contract, business torts, shareholder disputes, and related matters - across federal and state trial and appellate courts, arbitration panels, and administrative agencies
- Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
- Handle real estate litigation matters including title disputes, landlord-tenant, purchase agreement disputes, and commercial lease conflicts
- Engage from initial case involvement through trial and appeal
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other litigation documents
- Evaluate and communicate settlement and alternative dispute resolution strategies throughout the matter
