Job Title: Software Solutions Architect - Hybrid
Primary Skills: Salesforce, SQL, Java, web services, design & implement CI/CD pipelines, gather & analyze business & technical reqs, enterprise-level implementations, Agile.
Location: Lansing, MI. (Local candidates ONLY. Candidates must be local to the Lansing, Michigan area (within 90 miles) at time of submission.
Start Details: 6/29/2026
Duration: Ongoing long-term contract with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule.
Interview Process: 60-minute Virtual Interview via MS Teams (video required). This will be followed by an in-person interview for the 2nd round.
Required Skills
- Overall IT experience: Required. 5 + yrs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree. Required.
- Certifications: Salesforce certification. Required.
- Database-related certifications. Highly desired.
- MUST have excellent communication skills (both oral and written). Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role. Required.
- Experience gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Required. 5 + yrs.
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, including pipeline-as-code, branching strategies, automated code reviews, and testing aligned with organizational goals. Required.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Required.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development. Required. 5 + yrs.
- Experience working on enterprise-level implementations. Highly desired.
- Database-related certifications. Highly desired.
- Experience working within Agile development environments. Required. 5 + yrs.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required.
