Summary

Job Title: Junior Systems Analyst


Location: Tallahassee ,FL(Onsite)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

  • 3 5 years of experience in programming and systems analysis with a strong focus on:
    • Application and system architecture design
    • Application development and integration
    • Database and middleware technologies
Role Complexity & Scope
  • Intermediate-level professional role supporting projects of moderate to high complexity.
  • Works across multiple development environments and programs as part of a project team.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for at least one application or system.
  • May mentor and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows, processes, and APIs using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Create, configure, and manage flows, triggers, and actions.
  • Integrate Power Automate with existing systems to streamline and automate business processes.
  • Analyze user and business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Test, debug, monitor, and maintain automated workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency by automating manual or repetitive processes.
  • Troubleshoot workflow, application, and system issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Configure and maintain SharePoint environments based on organizational requirements.
  • Develop and enhance SharePoint solutions using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#.
  • Design, code, and implement scalable web and application components.
  • Extend SharePoint functionality using custom forms, web parts, and related technologies.
  • Review application interfaces and ensure software stability and performance.
  • Provide system training and technical support to staff and end users.
  • Research and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance automation and system effectiveness.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound technical judgment.
  • Prior experience developing and supporting SharePoint solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data processing principles and terminology.
  • Experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET frameworks.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and web services.
  • Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Experience with Lottery Systems is a plus.
