<>About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Analyst to join a leading enterprise organization supporting SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) operations. This role will be responsible for SAP configuration, financial process optimization, change management, and ongoing system support within a highly regulated environment.

<>Required Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience (5+ years preferred)
Experience working with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
Strong functional knowledge of:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Cost Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Profit Center Accounting
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions
Strong troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation skills
Ability to work closely with finance, security, and technical teams

<>Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules across the system lifecycle
Translate financial business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
Perform impact analysis and manage configuration changes
Troubleshoot financial posting, reconciliation, and system-related issues
Maintain configuration documentation, governance controls, and audit records
Participate in change management and configuration review processes
Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP developers, and security teams
Support internal and external audit requirements
Ensure system integrity, compliance, and adherence to financial control standards

<>Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting public sector, government, or highly regulated financial environments
SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience
Exposure to financial compliance and audit processes

<>Work Arrangement

Hybrid onsite role
Locations: Columbus, OH or Battle Creek, MI
