Role Overview & Objectives
Role Summary: Lead the onshore Salesforce Managed Services function and serve as the primary technical point of contact for Salesforce and its integrated boundary application ecosystem (13 15 applications).
Key Focus: Technical triage, integration support, incident resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Ecosystem Applications: Hands-on triage and troubleshooting across Gainsight, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Qualified, Everstage, AEM, Synthesia, Salesloft, SurveyVista, Qvidian, Clay, and Google Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee onshore technical support and collaborate closely with offshore development teams, application SMEs, and vendors.
Perform first-level triage to identify failure points across Salesforce, APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, authentication, and boundary applications.
Assess technical impacts of Salesforce releases, package upgrades, and integration changes.
Maintain application inventory, integration maps, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
Custom Skills (EXPERT/ADVANCED/NONE)
Salesforce Technical Leadership: 8+ years of hands-on experience leading Salesforce implementations, platform architecture, and integrated ecosystems.
Ecosystem & 3rd Party Integrations: Strong expertise with Salesforce native apps and 3rd-party integrations (APIs, REST/SOAP, Flow, Apex, security models).
