Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the US IT Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring direct clients, managing vendor relationships, and driving revenue growth across the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US IT Staffing market.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
  • Acquire direct clients, implementation partners, and Tier-1 vendor partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and procurement teams.
  • Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruiting teams to fulfill positions.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, MSAs, NDAs, and staffing agreements.
  • Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and full-time staffing requirements.
  • Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely submissions and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands in the US staffing industry.
  • Use CRM and ATS tools to maintain client communication and reporting.
