Summary

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and platform customization. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, integrations, workflows, and automation to support ITSM and ITOM processes. Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, and HAM, along with proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, HTML, and CSS, is required. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, troubleshooting complex issues, performing Service Mapping and Discovery configurations, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Experience with Agile methodologies and ServiceNow certifications is highly preferred.
