Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst.

Summary:
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst/Product Owner to support the expansion of the Desktop Tools team as it scales to support major enterprise integration initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and agent experience, helping define and align future-state workflows, platforms, and tools across multiple systems and teams.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, collaborative, and capable of translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements. This role requires strong facilitation skills, the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders, and experience operating in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities:
* Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define and align agent journeys, workflows, and platform capabilities
* Conduct current-state analysis, documenting processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and integration
* Lead requirements elicitation activities including workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions
* Develop future-state requirements, use cases, and functional documentation to support delivery teams
* Perform gap analysis across systems and processes, identifying risks, dependencies, and integration challenges
* Support convergence efforts across tools, platforms, and workflows to enable seamless user experiences
* Facilitate collaboration between business and IT teams, translating requirements into actionable deliverables
* Participate in ongoing stakeholder meetings, planning sessions, and cross-functional alignment efforts
* Track risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives and proactively escalate when needed
* Contribute to product ownership responsibilities including prioritization support and backlog refinement as required

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role
* Strong experience with requirements elicitation, process modeling, gap analysis, and use-case development
* Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
* Experience working within cross-functional environments involving multiple systems and teams
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Preferred Skills:
* Experience supporting large-scale enterprise integration or transformation initiatives
* Familiarity with agent desktop tools, workflow platforms, or customer-facing systems
* Experience working within Agile environments or product-focused teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
