About the Role
We are hiring experienced Software Engineering professionals to support advanced AI system development and evaluation.
You will work on improving AI-generated outputs across code, prompts, and technical reasoning—ensuring accuracy, quality, and real-world applicability.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated code, prompts, and responses
- Validate algorithms and software concepts for technical accuracy
- Provide structured feedback on quality, correctness, and clarity
- Classify outputs by topic, complexity, and programming language
- Support benchmarking and evaluation of AI model performance
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields
Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, or similar
Experience debugging, testing, and validating code
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, or evaluation workflows
Background in technical research or content development
