Job Title: Full Stack Developer – Dashboarding & Reporting

Location: Charlotte, NC (Day 1 Hybrid – 3 days office in a week)

 Company Overview Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain our internal reporting tools and client-facing analytics dashboards. You will bridge the gap between raw data storage and intuitive user interfaces, delivering critical business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development: Design, build, and deploy interactive, responsive, and intuitive web dashboards utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular)
• Data Integration & Pipelines: Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL, APIs, and NoSQL databases).
• Backend Development: Develop robust and scalable backend services and APIs (e.g., using Node.js, Python, or Java) to process heavy data loads and support complex reporting.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure dashboards load quickly and efficiently even when rendering large datasets or complex charts.
• Frontend Skills: Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and charting libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts, or Highcharts).

• Backend Skills: Solid experience with backend programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Go).
• Database Experience: Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Data Visualization: Proven track record of designing aesthetic, user-friendly, and actionable data displays.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker).
