Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Forward Deployed Engineer with 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and customer-facing technical implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience, expertise in AI/ML technologies, and the ability to lead end-to-end solution delivery while working directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex technical solutions.

• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical challenges.

• Build scalable applications, AI-powered solutions, and enterprise integrations.

• Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs), prototypes, and solution demonstrations.

• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams.

• Drive production deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering / Application Development.

• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Expertise in REST APIs, Microservices, and system integrations.

• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLMs.

• Knowledge of RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Agent frameworks.

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data processing.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong client-facing communication and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer or Solutions Architect.

• Experience deploying enterprise AI/GenAI solutions into production.

• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, and agentic AI frameworks.

• Ability to lead technical discussions and manage multiple stakeholders.
