Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Charles River Solution Architect to lead a large-scale investment platform transformation. The role involves modernizing legacy investment systems and centralizing operations on the Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) for a leading Wealth Management organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Charles River implementations and modernization initiatives.
• Design scalable solutions supporting trading, portfolio management, compliance, and investment operations.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.
• Develop integrations with portfolio accounting, market data, custodians, risk, and downstream systems.
• Drive legacy system migration and platform consolidation efforts.
• Establish architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership throughout implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Mentor technical teams and act as the Charles River SME.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS).
• Experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management, investment management, trading, compliance, and portfolio management.
• Expertise in Charles River configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with platform upgrades, migrations, and legacy modernization projects.
• Knowledge of fixed income, equities, and multi-asset investment strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments and leading distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Wealth Management or Asset Management organizations.
• Cloud, API, and modern integration architecture experience.
• Charles River certification is a plus.
