Job Title: Senior AI Agent Engineer / AI Native Software Engineer

Location: Dallas, TX (Local Only), hybrid work required as necessary.

Experience: 10+ Years

Employment Type: Long-Term Contract

Job Summary: We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Agent Engineer with strong experience building and deploying production-grade AI Agent solutions in enterprise environments.

This role is focused on developing autonomous AI systems - not basic chatbots. Candidates should have experience building AI agents that can plan, make decisions, interact with tools/APIs, and execute multi-step workflows independently.

Required Skills

8 10+ years of software engineering experience
Strong experience building production AI/LLM applications
Hands-on experience with AI Agents / Agentic AI systems
Experience with:
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- AI orchestration workflows
- Function/tool calling
- Autonomous agent workflows
Strong programming experience in Python or Java
Experience with:
- LangChain / LangGraph
- Semantic Kernel
- OpenAI APIs & Function Calling
- Azure AI Foundry / AWS Bedrock / Vertex AI
- CrewAI / AutoGen (preferred)
Cloud-native development experience:
- APIs & Microservices
- Docker & Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines
- Terraform / Helm
Experience deploying scalable enterprise applications into production
Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, logging, and production support

What We Are Looking For

Candidates should have experience:

Building AI Agents deployed to production
Integrating AI systems with enterprise applications and APIs
Developing multi-step AI workflows with real business usage
Working in enterprise-level environments
Delivering hands-on technical solutions within engineering teams
