Design team is seeking a highly motivated Senior UX Designer to design end-to-end experiences for customers worldwide. You will participate in designing new ways for customers to enjoy streaming video.
In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, your primary focus will be creating new and innovative interactive ad experiences, while also helping to create industry-leading playback experiences across Sports, News, VOD, and Live/Linear content.
Key responsibilities
• Analyze customer problems and design delightful solutions that meet measurable business goals.
• Work closely with product teams to develop use cases and high-level requirements.
• Quickly, yet thoroughly, create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors.
• Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
• Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications.
• Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and project stakeholders for review and feedback.
• Partner with development teams to build experiences: provide appropriate design specifications, create assets, and review finished interfaces.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 8+ years of design experience
• An available online portfolio
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience designing interfaces for web, mobile, and living room devices.
• Experience defining and executing user research methods appropriate to the questions at hand, including but not limited to field research, surveys, lab studies, remote testing, and A-B tests.
• Proficiency in a variety of design tools.
• Skill in developing rapid UI prototypes.
• Experience working with distributed teams, across multiple time zones.
• Master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent.
