Location preference: Spring field, MA Hybrid 2 days in a week

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing projects in Agile environments, collaborating with technical teams, and engaging with business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define project goals and deliverables.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Prepare and present project status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Coordinate resources across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
Drive effective communication and collaboration among project participants.
Support change management and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:
10 years experience in Project Management and Agile delivery methodologies.
Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications and executive-level interactions.
Experience working closely with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams.
Experience managing software development, digital transformation, or technology projects.
Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite
Strong risk management, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
PMP Certification or related certification required.
