Required Qualifications

Experience 12+ years of IT industry experience. Minimum 5+ years of Healthcare Payer domain experience.

Proven experience managing enterprise-scale software development and support projects.

Experience leading distributed teams across multiple locations.

Required Skills

Strong experience with TriZetto FACETS Core Administration Platform.

Deep understanding of Healthcare Payer operations, including Claims Processing Membership & Enrollment Provider Management, and Billing & Premium Management

Experience delivering: Application Development Projects System Upgrades & Modernization Programs Application Support & Maintenance Initiatives Production Support Engagements

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Excellent project planning, execution, and governance capabilities.
