We have a 3-6 month contract to hire opportunities with a direct Client.
Role overview
Position: SAP Basis and Security Lead
Contract-to-hire opportunity
Expected conversion after approximately six months
Position is eligible for bonuses and stock options after conversion
A sign-on bonus or relocation package may be available
Location and travel
Must work onsite two to three days per week
Strong preference for candidates local to Tulsa or Memphis
Approximately 20% travel may be required
SAP environment
Currently running SAP S/4HANA 2022
An upgrade is expected within the next eight to ten months
The environment is relatively straightforward without many advanced tools or features
Client has SAP BTP but is not currently using its available credits
SAP Cloud ALM is not currently being used
Consultants do not currently have access to Joule
Current support model
Client does not have an internal employee who owns SAP Basis and Security.
The work is currently handled by Implementation Partner resources.
Client wants to build this expertise internally and reduce its dependence on outside providers.
Ideal candidate
The strongest candidate will be a hands-on SAP Basis and Security lead who:
Understands S/4HANA 2022
Has supported S/4HANA upgrades
Can manage both Basis administration and SAP security responsibilities
Can establish internal processes and become Client s primary Basis and Security expert
Is willing to work onsite and convert to a full-time employee
