The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows using UiPath, along with strong problem-solving skills to support and troubleshoot existing automation solutions.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive agentic automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

. Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio.

. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather automation requirements.

. Provide end-to-end RPA development including process design, coding, testing, and

deployment.

. Support and maintain existing UiPath robots by troubleshooting issues, performing root

cause analysis, and implementing fixes.

. Monitor the performance of automation solutions and optimize for reliability and scalability.

. Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation processes and support activities.

. Work with the RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) to implement best practices and governance standards.

. Assist in the training and mentoring of junior developers and support team members.

. Participate in code reviews, solution design sessions, and agile ceremonies.
