Developer (Quadient)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Okemos, MI that is seeking an experienced Developer (Quadient) to support enterprise-level customer communications initiatives. This role focuses on the design, development, and optimization of document generation workflows within a modern Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform. The position plays a key role in template architecture, system configuration, and migration efforts from legacy document platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, test, and implement complex document and mail generation workflows within a CCM platform
* Build new document templates and perform enhancements or modifications to existing templates
* Configure and manage master workflows supporting template design and interactive document generation
* Optimize and review templates to ensure proper configuration, performance, and scalability
* Support migration of forms and document assets from legacy systems to the CCM platform
* Configure applications and workflows in alignment with enterprise architecture standards
* Provide guidance on environment setup, tool configuration, and scalability best practices
* Participate in testing platform upgrades, enhancements, and new feature implementations
* Maintain current knowledge of document design standards, user experience trends, and industry best practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* Hands-on experience with a leading CCM/document composition platform (version R15/R16 experience preferred), including modules such as Designer, Interactive, and Scaler
* Strong expertise in document template creation, workflow configuration, and document generation processes
* Experience migrating forms and templates from legacy systems to modern CCM platforms
* Knowledge of scripting for document logic and automation (JavaScript preferred)
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
* Understanding of document indexing/search tools such as Ransack
* Ability to support complex enterprise implementations and scalable architecture standards
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
