Job Description:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Information Security or equivalent experience.
• Must Have Process Orchestration Configuration JBPM Kafka MESH SQL Scripting Automation UNIX Shell PowerShell
• Strong Experience in Database Management Oracle SQL Server SQLPLSQLMSSQL and DevOps Tooling GitLab Jenkins TeamCity Autosys Jira Stash
  and Visualization Reporting Tableau
• Drive operational efficiency through a proactive mindset and adherence to ITIL standards
• Must Align with organizational objectives and contribute to engineering pillars Observability Resilience Service Risk Assessment and Operational Engineering
• Collaborate with Build the Bank BTB teams to develop sustainable solutions aligned with business outcomes
• Maintain strong knowledge of end-to-end application delivery focusing on stability and resiliency of business critical applications
• Support initiatives related to Risk Control Audit and Technology Resilience
• Promote effective knowledge sharing to foster adaptability and change management within the team
• Ensure all solutions are compliant with Barclays standards and the control framework
• Liaise with service architects build engineers and business stakeholders to identify and resolve service improvement areas
• Must Lead operational improvement initiatives through automation and process streamlining
• Ensure adherence to IPC controls and monitor KPIsKRIs via incident problem and change management
• Plan and execute service resilience capacity planning and ensure Recovery Time Objectives RTOs are met
• Manage SME transition activities ensuring new applications releases meet service acceptance criteria before production handover
• Monitor and measure operational services consistently across functions
• Drive Continuous Service Improvement CSI to enhance support models and service delivery
• Conduct Service Review meetings with BTB and Finance stakeholders
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
