Job Description

We are seeking a senior-level AI Program Manager Advisor to lead enterprise AI initiatives, drive Agentic AI program execution, and support organization-wide AI adoption. The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership, program governance, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience delivering Agentic AI programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Refine and execute the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap based on prior AI consulting recommendations.

  • Lead end-to-end Agentic AI program planning, governance, and delivery.

  • Establish program operating processes, governance structures, and execution cadence.

  • Translate high-level AI use cases into prioritized roadmaps, actionable backlogs, and delivery plans.

  • Mobilize cross-functional AI delivery teams and coordinate business and technical stakeholders.

  • Drive change management, employee enablement, and responsible AI adoption.

  • Monitor priorities, dependencies, risks, adoption metrics, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Provide regular executive updates on program progress, key decisions, risks, and milestones.

  • Offer strategic guidance to continuously align business priorities, AI opportunities, governance, and delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of program management experience across AI, Data, or Digital Transformation initiatives.

  • Demonstrated experience building and managing enterprise AI programs and roadmaps.

  • Mandatory hands-on experience delivering Agentic AI programs.

  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, AI/ML, Agentic AI, and enterprise architecture.

  • Experience establishing program governance, operating models, and delivery processes.

  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and strategic advisory skills.

  • Experience driving organizational change management and enterprise AI adoption.

  • Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
