Key Responsibilities:
Manage, monitor, and optimize TIBCO BW, EMS, Hawk, and TIBCO Administrator across environments.
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain EMS and BW components.
Monitor EMS queues, topics, and server health; troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Support failover, disaster recovery, and high availability configurations.
Coordinate with app teams on integration issues and document runbooks/procedures.

Required Skills:
6+ years TIBCO administration (EMS, BW, Hawk, TIBCO Administrator).
Strong EMS configuration, queue/topic management, and troubleshooting.
Experience with BW deployments, fault-tolerant EMS setups, and failover scenarios.
Linux/Unix administration, SSL/certificate management.
Familiarity with ITIL/incident and change management.
