Pay Range:$85,900.00 - $137,500 Per Year

Job Description:

Located in Charlotte, NC, this role involves resolving technical issues and maintaining high customer service standards. 
The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of technology platforms and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Resolve user incidents and requests both remotely and in-person.
Deliver exceptional customer service and escalate issues when necessary.
Implement problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance support services.
Contribute to process improvements and maintain service documentation.

Qualifications
Experience with supporting users in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in managing IT incidents and minimizing business impact.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with users.
Familiarity with systems used in the financial industry is advantageous.
