Java Full Stack Tech Lead – ReactJS (Telecom Domain)

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Tech Lead with strong expertise in ReactJS, hands-on development experience, technical leadership capabilities, and architecture oversight. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications within the telecom domain while mentoring development teams and driving best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java (8+), Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
• Front-end expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong understanding of system design, microservices architecture, and distributed applications.

• Experience & Education

  • 8–12 years of overall IT experience.
  • Minimum 2–3 years as a Tech Lead or Technical Architect.
  • Bachelor''''''''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
