S/4 Solution Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise technology transformation initiatives by architecting and delivering scalable, cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to design and develop Solution Blueprints for S/4HANA on RISE, focusing on:
• SAP S/4HANA for Finance (including SAP RISE for cloud deployment)
• Workday for HCM
• Ivalua for Strategic Supply Management
• Integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Datasphere for real-time analytics and secure reporting
• Ensure governance and project success by reviewing and approving key deliverables such as Technical Impact Assessments (TIA), Support Plans, and RACI documentation.
• Drive modernization efforts for analytics transformation by guiding SAC implementation, validating technical architecture for BW data migration, and enabling seamless integration with S/4HANA and Datasphere.
• Ensure implementation teams adhere to each technology-specific reference architectures and integration patterns that guide implementation teams without hands-on configuration.
• Work with business stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, information architecture, and functional specifications for assigned solutions
• Collaborate with system integrators to define end-to-end integration architecture for ERP and reporting platforms, including interface specifications, data flow diagrams, and security models, while ensuring seamless integration with client applications.
• Maintain LeanIX models to reflect current and target state architecture for ERP and reporting ecosystems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must possess strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA on RISE (or comparable cloud deployment), SAP Analytics Cloud, and DataSphere
• Knowledge of Workday or Ivalua considered a plus
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect/Engineer in enterprise technology transformation, infrastructure migrations, application modernization, and cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify risks and effectively mitigate project issues

• Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive technical documentation and solution blueprints using Enterprise Architecture Tools (preferably, LeanIX).
