We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Power BI Engineer with 10 years of experience to join our dynamic Business Support team. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong hands-on experience in Power BI development, enterprise reporting, and data visualization, who can translate complex business needs into clear, executive-ready dashboards and actionable insights.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports, consolidating program and test data from multiple sources, analyzing reporting gaps and inconsistencies, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering clear, data-driven visibility for leadership decision-making.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that consolidate multiple schedules, program milestones, test progress, and product test results into a single,

leadership-ready view.

• Partner with Product Owners, or cross-functional stakeholders to validate data accuracy, resolve reporting gaps, and ensure dashboards reflect current program status.
• Use Jira, JQL, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and other enterprise tools to extract, organize, analyze, and communicate reporting data.
• Ability to use Confluence to create pages to clearly communicate information
• Analyze complex datasets, identify trends or inconsistencies, and collaborate with Product Owners and Chief Product Owners to resolve data misalignment.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Minimum qualification:

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent
• Strong hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations for enterprise-level reporting needs.
• Experience with Jira reporting, JQL queries, defect tracking, burndown reporting, and test result reporting.
• Ability to choose effective chart types, dashboard layouts, and visual storytelling approaches for both executive and working-level audiences.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with Product Owners, technical teams, test leads, and leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in software development, testing, manufacturing, or automotive program delivery is desirable.
