About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead (Embedded Networking, C++, Linux) to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Linux, C++, Embedded Networking along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance to a team of developers in embedded networking, enhancing their capabilities in C++ and Linux, and increasing productivity through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews in C++ and Linux environments, establishing quality assurance processes and performance optimization techniques to ensure the successful delivery of complex embedded networking solutions.
- Ensure process compliance within the assigned module by participating in technical discussions and reviews, acting as a consultant for feasibility studies, evaluating technical alternatives, assessing architectural risks, and contributing to project estimations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables related to embedded systems projects, preparing and submitting status reports to minimize risks and facilitate timely resolution of escalations.
