Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer to design and develop intelligent, agent-based solutions that automate user testing for marketing campaigns. The role will focus on building multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and AI-driven testing workflows using Google Cloud technologies.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, agent orchestration, RAG, vector databases, Python, and Google Cloud Platform. Experience with Google ADK (Agent Development Kit) is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop multi-agent AI systems for automated user testing.
- Build AI agents that can simulate different users and automatically execute testing scenarios.
- Develop agent-to-agent communication and workflows between multiple AI agents.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Design data architectures and determine when to use:
- Vector databases
- Relational databases
- Graph data stores
- Develop scalable document ingestion pipelines for large volumes of data, including potentially millions of PDF documents.
- Implement document processing and deduplication strategies to reduce storage, processing time, and infrastructure costs.
- Develop GenAI applications using Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Work with Google ADK (Agent Development Kit) to build and orchestrate AI agents.
- Develop solutions using frameworks such as LangChain and/or LangGraph.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources and knowledge repositories.
- Design scalable architectures for AI-powered marketing campaign testing.
- Develop production-quality Python applications and services.
- Evaluate system architecture, performance, scalability, and cost.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-powered solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and LLM technologies.
- Experience designing and developing multi-agent systems.
- Strong understanding of RAG architecture and implementation.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
- Understanding of relational databases and graph databases and their appropriate use cases.
- Strong Google Cloud Platform / Google Cloud experience.
- Experience with AI/LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Understanding of document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, and deduplication.
- Strong problem-solving and system-design skills.
- Experience developing scalable and production-ready AI applications.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google ADK (Agent Development Kit).
- Experience implementing agent-to-agent (A2A) communication.
- Experience building AI agents for automated testing or workflow automation.
- Experience with large-scale document processing.
- Experience optimizing vector database storage and retrieval costs.
- Experience with Google Cloud-based GenAI architectures.
- Experience with marketing technology or automated user-testing platforms.
