Job Title: SharePoint & Power Automate Solutions Analyst (OneDrive, .NET/C#, ASP.NET, SQL)

Location: Tallahassee, FL( Onsite)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Experience

• 3 5 years of hands-on programming and systems analysis experience with a strong emphasis on:
  • Application and system architecture design
  • End-to-end application development
  • Database and middleware technologies

Position Responsibilities Power Automate & Workflow Development

• Design, develop, and maintain custom automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Build and manage flows, actions, triggers, and system integrations.
• Evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve workflow and automation issues.
• Monitor and optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of automated solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate accuracy and functionality.
• Create and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance automation solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Integrate Power Automate with existing applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.

SharePoint Development & Administration

• Configure, customize, and manage SharePoint environments to meet business requirements.
• Design, develop, and extend SharePoint functionality using:
  • Forms
  • Web Parts
  • Application and integration technologies
• Develop custom web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#.
• Design and implement scalable, secure SharePoint-based applications.
• Test, debug, maintain, and enhance SharePoint solutions.
• Review user interfaces and ensure application stability, performance, and usability.
• Diagnose and resolve SharePoint and related software issues.
• Provide system training, documentation, and ongoing support to staff and end users.

Preferred Abilities & Knowledge

• Ability to exercise independent judgment and solve complex technical problems.
• Experience with or knowledge of Lottery Systems (preferred).
• Solid understanding of data processing concepts and terminology.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with supervisors, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Previous experience as a SharePoint Developer.
• Advanced proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Frameworks.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services.
• Strong coding standards and software development best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
