Role Descriptions: Role Name - Integration Architect for ERP The Integration Architect will act as a technical authority| ensuring integrations are secure| scalable| auditable| and aligned with financial and regulatory requirements typical of an institutional real estate investment firm.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Integration ArchitectureOwn and define the end to end integration architecture across Rialto Capitals application ecosystem.Architect and govern integrations ensuring seamless data exchange forEstablish integration standards| patterns| and best practices aligned to Rialtos enterprise architecture.ERP  Investment Systems IntegrationLead integration design involving oNetSuite (GL| APAR| financial close)oInvestran (investment accounting| fund structures| investor reporting)oConcur (expense and travel management)Ensure financial data integrity| reconciliation| and traceability across source and target systems.Support integration impact analysis during accounting changes| upgrades| and regulatory updates.Integration Technology  MiddlewareDefine appropriate integration approaches using API based| event driven| batch| and file based patterns.Oversee usage of middleware  iPaaS platforms (e.g.| cloud integration platforms| ETL tools).Ensure robust error handling| retry mechanisms| logging| monitoring| and alerting are built into all integrations.Enforce data security| encryption| and access control standards across integrations.Delivery Governance  Technical LeadershipServe as design authority for integration solutions across projects and enhancements.Review and approve integration designs| mappings| and implementation approaches.Provide technical guidance to development teams (internal and offshore).Partner with QA| data| security| and infrastructure teams during SIT| UAT| Go Live| and production stabilization.Stakeholder  Vendor CollaborationWork closely with Finance| Asset Management| Operations| IT| and external vendors.Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical integration solutions.Communicate architectural decisions| risks| and dependencies clearly to senior stakeholders.Required Skills  Experience10 years of overall IT experience| with 5 years in integration architecture roles.Strong hands on and architectural experience integrating real estate and investment platforms| specifically oYardioRCAMS or similar assetportfolio management systemsProven experience with ERP and financial platforms oNetSuiteoInvestranoConcurStrong understanding of oFinancial and investment accounting data flowsoAPI design (RESTSOAP)oData formats (JSON| XML)oBatch| real time| and event driven integrationsExperience with cloud based integration platforms and modern integration architectures.Strong documentation| communication| and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience within real estate investment| private equity| or asset ma
