Summary

JOB SUMMARY: The Power Platform Developer responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365 tools. This role works closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and enhance productivity through modern workplace technologies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Solution Design & Implementation Gather and analyze business requirements for Microsoft 365 solutions Design out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom solutions to meet business needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business value Microsoft 365 Support & Administration Provide day-to-day support and training for Microsoft 365 tools Manage collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Assist in migration from on-prem SharePoint to Microsoft 365 Process Improvement & Knowledge Management Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies and best practices Support process improvements and solution optimization Contribute to documentation, training materials, and process maps Collaboration & Communication Build and maintain strong relationships across teams and departments Ensure effective communication and a positive working environment Perform additional duties as required REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong customer service and customer-focused mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail Team collaboration and consulting skills PREFERRED SKILLS: Business Process Mapping experience Six Sigma Certification Experience with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath Experience with Nintex Workflow or similar tools Familiarity with third-party SharePoint tools (HarePoint, Bamboo, ShareGate) SharePoint Application Development certifications REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience with requirements gathering Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint) Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, JSON, CSS, HTML) Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Additional experience in SharePoint customization and integrations EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in a related field OR High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience Higher degrees or certifications may substitute for experience Equivalent technical experience may be considered in lieu of formal education Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Six Sigma
