Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Analyst with a strong background in performance and functional testing for enterprise and eCommerce applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in NeoLoad, TOSCA, HP LoadRunner, manual testing, and SAP applications. This role requires close collaboration with business and development teams in an Agile environment to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through comprehensive testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify testing needs.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Perform performance testing using NeoLoad and validate application scalability and reliability.
• Execute functional and regression testing using TOSCA.
• Conduct testing across multiple browsers and mobile platforms.
• Log, track, verify, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and defect triage meetings.
• Prepare and communicate daily test execution status reports.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using the existing Protractor framework.
• Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure timely issue resolution and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing with expertise in performance and functional testing.
• Proven experience testing enterprise-scale and eCommerce applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
