Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in hyperscale data centers, AI infrastructure, or large-scale infrastructure deployments. The ideal candidate will have managed the complete project lifecycle, from lease finalization and site build-out through commissioning, production go-live, and operational handoff.

Candidates with current or previous experience at hyperscalers and leading data center infrastructure companies such as CoreWeave, Equinix, Nebius, Crusoe, Andromeda, Omniva, or similar organizations are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage data center construction, build-out, and expansion projects from lease finalization and kickoff through site readiness, commissioning, go-live, and operational handoff.

·        Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, risk registers, action logs, and decision logs.

·        Coordinate with colocation providers, general contractors, electrical and mechanical contractors, network carriers, hardware vendors, and equipment installation teams.

·        Oversee site readiness, including space planning, rack layouts, power and cooling availability, cabling, connectivity, equipment delivery, installation, and access requirements.

·        Coordinate deployments of servers, storage, networking equipment, GPU systems, and supporting infrastructure.

·        Track procurement, equipment lead times, vendor commitments, delivery schedules, installation timelines, and project dependencies.

·        Ensure infrastructure meets requirements for capacity, redundancy, power, cooling, network connectivity, security, and operational readiness.

·        Coordinate commissioning, acceptance testing, punch-list closure, documentation, and transition to operations or managed services.

·        Provide regular status updates to leadership and customers, highlighting progress, risks, budget status, key decisions, and next steps.

·        Establish repeatable project management processes, checklists, and templates to support the expansion of data center and AI infrastructure.

Required Qualifications:

·        Proven experience in technical project or program management involving data centers, hyperscale infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, construction, or enterprise IT.

·        Demonstrated ownership of the end-to-end data center project lifecycle, starting with lease finalization or site development and continuing through build-out and go-live.

·        Experience managing vendors, contractors, procurement, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional technical teams.

·        Working knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, racks, networking, power, cooling, cabling, storage, and security.

·        Experience coordinating commissioning, site acceptance, operational readiness, and production handoff.

·        Strong communication, stakeholder management, risk management, and project execution skills.

·        Willingness to travel to data center sites as required.

Thank you for your support. I look forward to hearing from you.
