Randstad is seeking a high-caliber Senior Network Engineer to spearhead the design and deployment of enterprise-wide connectivity solutions for a major client. This remote-first role focuses on delivering a robust, high-performance wireless ecosystem using Meraki and Cisco technologies, while ensuring end-to-end security and visibility through Cisco ISE and Catalyst Center. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of managing complex migrations and hardware-agnostic designs for a large, geographically distributed organization, with occasional travel required to West Coast sites.

responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design and deployment of enterprise-scale Meraki Wi-Fi solutions.
Manage and optimize Cisco ISE for identity management and network access control.
Utilize Cisco Catalyst Center to drive network observability, automation, and proactive troubleshooting.
Develop hardware-agnostic infrastructure strategies to ensure long-term scalability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement "Best-in-Class" connectivity standards across the enterprise.
qualifications:
Expert-level experience with Meraki and Enterprise-grade Wi-Fi hardware.
Extensive hands-on background in Cisco ISE and Catalyst Center.
Proven track record of designing and deploying network solutions for large organizations.
Ability to travel to various West Coast locations as project needs dictate.
Preferred: Technical proficiency with Infoblox (DDI).
