Required Experience:
Ability to create, edit, reports via RTF, BI, OTBI in Oracle HCM/Data Fusion analytics
Ability to create Dashboards - global and secured
set up and configuration of HCM modules - Core, Talent, compensation, Recruiting, Help Desk, Safety, ORC, learning
ability to create and maintain journeys including contextualized, guided and regular
familiarity with trouble shooting end user issues
Experience with HR functional teams
Ability to set up and trouble shoot transactional workflows
Experience with gathering functional user requirements and translating to deliverable
creating testing scripts to support functional changes
Experience with creating automated integrations
Experience HDL loads
Experience creating forms
