Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced
Windows Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise compute, storage, and desktop environments. This role supports a wide range of technologies including Office 365, Azure, VMware, Windows Server, SAN/NAS, backup solutions, and endpoint security. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to support complex systems in a 24x7x365 enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and support IT projects in alignment with technology services objectives.
- Administer and maintain enterprise system architecture solutions.
- Provide 24x7x365 support for enterprise hardware, software, and infrastructure as needed.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports and growth planning metrics.
- Establish and perform regular preventive maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support, guidance, and mentorship to staff and contractors.
- Work onsite daily (Monday-Friday).
Education Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
OR - High school diploma plus 4+ years of hands-on experience in an enterprise environment with the technologies listed in the Minimum Qualifications.

3. 2+ years' experience designing integrated solutions across server, storage, backup, management, and security environments (virtual and physical).4. Physical Requirements- Ability to regularly lift up to 30 lbs.
