Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in Supply Chain Planning. The ideal candidate will be a strong functional consultant with hands-on implementation experience and the ability to clearly articulate system functionality, configurations, and planning outputs.

This role requires deep expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations, solution configuration, workbook/report development, and user training. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize planning solutions while delivering comprehensive documentation and end-user training.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead and support Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations (minimum 3 full-cycle implementations required)

·         Configure RapidResponse solutions aligned with supply chain planning requirements

·         Design and develop workbooks, dashboards, and reports

·         Manage user roles, access controls, and security configurations

·         Explain system functionality and planning outputs based on configurations

·         Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements

·         Develop highly presentable user documentation and training materials

·         Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support

·         Troubleshoot planning scenarios and optimize system configurations

·         Support supply chain planning processes including demand, supply, and inventory planning

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning

·         Minimum 3 Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation projects

·         Strong functional expertise in RapidResponse configuration

·         Hands-on experience creating workbooks and reports in RapidResponse

·         Experience managing security roles and user access controls

·         Strong understanding of planning outputs and system behavior

·         Proven experience creating user guides and training documentation

·         Mandatory experience training end users on RapidResponse

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications (Plusses)

·         Experience working with Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences clients

·         Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills

·         Experience working in remote and distributed team environments

·         Ability to travel occasionally to Foster City, CA (travel reimbursed)
