Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to oversee quality assurance activities, lead testing teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test strategy, automation, API testing, and team coordination. This role requires leadership skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead and manage the QA team, including onshore and offshore coordination

·         Strong understanding of Real-Time Payments systems.

·         Drive API testing efforts, preferably with experience in .NET APIs.

·         Ensure end-to-end quality assurance across payments applications

·         Lead automation strategy and implementation (3–4 years of hands-on automation experience required).

·         3–4 years of experience in Test Automation.

·         Define test strategies, test plans, and oversee execution for Real-Time Payments initiatives
