Job Description: DATA SUPPORT ANALYST (PRODUCT ANALYST)
Assist ADDL in investigations of gaps driven by data model issues
Facilitate training/demos with users & power users in collaboration with Product Owner or/and Product Advisor
Facilitate testing with users & power users in collaboration with Product Owner or/and Product Advisor and delivery team
Assistance to power user &users to escalate issues - Periodic validation / quality control and "how to" questions
Coordinate in investigations of gaps driven by booking practices, missing information, any other business related
Developing best practice on business engagement/communication in community of practice with other folks that interface with business
Represent the delivery team in power user meeting in partnership with ADDL (or represent the ADDL when they cannot attend)
Team up with users leveraging Self-Serve data prep & visualization tools (eg Tableau, Alteryx, Access, Excel etc...) - interface if applicable with dedicated Visualization Specialist
If necessary contribute to facilitate the Benefit capture collection process
Flat Files Handling / Mappings if necessary
Required experiences / skills:
Experience with BI tools ( Tableau, Power BI) - MANDATORY
SAP HANA 2.0 experience
Intermediate SQL skills
Joins
Aggregations
Null Handling
Views
Subqueries
Windows functions
Pivoting data Case and Pivot syntax
Analytics and interpretation skills
Ability to communicate and expose ideas to the team
