Job Title: Data Analytics Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Data Analytics Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data engineering and business analytics by transforming raw data into reliable, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT data pipelines

• Build and optimize data models for reporting and analytics

• Work closely with data analysts, business teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards

• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools

• Optimize data warehouse performance and query efficiency

• Automate data workflows and monitoring processes

• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field

• 4–7 years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering roles

• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases

• Experience with data warehouse solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)

• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages

• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines

• Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

• Understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, snowflake schema)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dbt or modern data stack tools

• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
