Job Description Summary:
As a member of the Identity and Access Management team we are responsible for the automation that creates, maintains and manages digital identities of employees, contractors and partners. Part of our responsibilities include ensuring people have access to the right resources at the right time based on job roles, responsibilities, and attributes. We work closely with our internal controls department to ensure all our processes are compliant with audit requirements.
What You Will Do:
The Identity Reporting Analyst bridges the gap between technical access data and business operations. In this role, you will apply strong business analysis skills to gather requirements, interpret data requests, and deliver critical visibility to stakeholders at every level of the organization. You will act as a trusted partner, translating complex data from identity tools into clear, executive-ready insights. Exceptional communication skills are vital, as you will interact directly with corporate leadership to define scope and present findings.
Core Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Scoping: Partner with stakeholders across the organization to elicit, clarify, and document business requirements for identity and access data requests.
Report Creation & Fulfillment: Build and deliver accurate ad-hoc and scheduled reports, ensuring the final output directly answers the requester's business questions.
Data Extraction & Analysis: Query, extract, and analyze compliance and user-access information from primary corporate identity systems.
Executive Communication: Maintain a highly professional demeanor while communicating with executive leadership, confidently translating technical identity concepts into business-friendly language.
Documentation & Presentation: Write clear documentation for reporting processes and deliver professional summaries alongside data distributions.
What You Will Need:
Qualifications
Business Analysis Expertise: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to gather business requirements, assess data needs, and turn raw inputs into actionable insights.
Communication (Verbal & Written): Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate data findings clearly, concisely, and professionally to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Technical Systems Experience: Hands-on experience querying and pulling data from Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), CyberArk, and Active Directory (AD).
Data Reporting Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables) and structured text formats (CSV).
Data Visualization: Proven experience building clean, impactful reports and interactive dashboards within Power BI.
Executive Presence: Ability to maintain poise, professionalism, and strict confidentiality when interacting directly with executive leadership.
