Summary
Job Title: Senior Salesforce Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX
Local Candidates Only
Experience: 8+ Years
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, Platform Events, asynchronous processing, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, transaction management, security/sharing, performance optimization, and large-scale data handling.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong experience in technical solution design, debugging, troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and production support.
- Hands-on experience with code reviews, engineering standards, scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization.
- Must be a current hands-on Salesforce Engineer actively involved in coding and technical problem-solving.
- Experience working in large enterprise or highly regulated environments.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with globally distributed teams.

Drive technical design and architecture discussions, perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, identify design gaps and risks, and contribute to scalable, high-quality Salesforce engineering solutions.
