Job Description:
Seeking an experienced QA Release Manager / Defect Triage Manager to support release management, defect triage, and quality engineering activities across large-scale enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead defect triage meetings and drive issue resolution across QA, Development, and Product teams
· Manage release readiness, QA reporting, deployment coordination, and production validation
· Track, prioritize, and communicate defects, risks, blockers, and release status to stakeholders
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases
· Support Agile delivery, release planning, and post-release validation activities
· Drive continuous improvement in QA and release management processes
Required Skills:
· Strong experience in Defect Triage Management and QA Release Management
· Prior telecom experience is mandatory
· Hands-on experience with Jira, release tracking, and QA reporting tools
· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
