Role: PM with Salesforce experience

Onsite in NYC, no hybrid.

Required Qualifications

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – PMI
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification
10+ years of project management experience
5+ years managing Salesforce implementation projects
Experience delivering multi-cloud Salesforce solutions:
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Marketing Cloud / Pardot
Experience Cloud
Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs
Experience managing phased delivery programs (12–18 months)
Experience managing large data migration projects (10M+ records preferred)
Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, legal, public sector)
Strong understanding of Salesforce release management cycles
Excellent executive-level communication skills
Ability to work onsite in New York City throughout critical phases

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing AI-enabled Salesforce solutions
Experience with Salesforce Shield and compliance-driven projects
Experience integrating Salesforce with:
Data bricks
PowerBI
Azure
Telephony platforms
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance frameworks
Experience leading multi-vendor environments
