Key Technical Stack & Domain Knowledge

Multi-Domain Telemetry: Familiarity with gathering and normalizing data across different environments:

Database & Storage: Ingesting performance metrics from enterprise databases and storage arrays (via Telegraf or specialized exporters).
Network & Infra: Utilizing SNMP or network flow data to track drop rates, bandwidth, and latency.
Application & Transactional: Tracking application performance monitoring (APM) indicators and business transaction volumes.

Metrics & Logs: Solid grounding in Prometheus (PromQL) and Grafana Loki (LogQL).
Alerting & Events: Strong understanding of Alertmanager for routing, grouping, and distinguishing between minor informational events, warnings, and critical alerts.
Synthetics: Experience using Playwright (or similar web automation tools) to record and maintain end-user transactional journeys.
Data Hygiene: Deep appreciation for strict labeling conventions and consistency, understanding its critical importance for downstream AI/ML consumption.
Foundations: Comfortable in a Linux command-line environment and meticulous when editing YAML and JSON configuration files.
