Job Title: Software Developer III Identity & Access Management (IAM) Work Authorization: Open Interview Process: Video Interview

We are seeking three experienced Software Developer III professionals to join our team in Austin, TX on a hybrid work schedule. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a strong focus on identity governance, authentication, authorization, and lifecycle automation.

This role will be responsible for building and maintaining a secure, scalable IAM ecosystem, including centralized identity provider services, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and automated user lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions.
• Implement and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) for identity governance and administration.
• Build and manage a centralized Identity Provider (IdP) framework using SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) across enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle workflows to automate user provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs and other supported connectors.
• Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models while enforcing identity governance and least-privilege access.
• Deploy, configure, and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including:
  • Secure credential vaulting
  • Automated password rotation
  • Just-in-Time (JIT) privileged access provisioning
• Troubleshoot identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, and application connectivity issues.
• Perform system administration, platform monitoring, performance tuning, and ongoing maintenance of IAM infrastructure.
• Onboard new enterprise applications into the IAM platform while ensuring compliance with organizational security standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application development, and business teams to deliver secure identity solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), identity governance, lifecycle automation, and scripting.
• 8+ years of experience integrating enterprise applications with IAM platforms.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models and enforcing access governance.
• 5+ years of experience managing centralized Identity Providers (IdP), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity federation.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Strong experience with:
  • SAML 2.0
  • OpenID Connect (OIDC)
  • REST APIs
  • Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) workflows
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex IAM issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience integrating SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of IAM security best practices, Zero Trust architecture, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with automation using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Relevant IAM certifications such as SailPoint, CISSP, Security+, or equivalent are a plus.
