Overview:
We?re looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team!
As a Service Technician for Esler Companies ? Renewal by Andersen you are a professional craftsperson who is experienced in remodeling, finish carpentry, or installing windows in homes of all shapes, sizes, and styles. This is a customer facing role so you must be dedicated to working with homeowners to go the extra mile whenever necessary (and often even when it?s not!).
Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and services based on job site evaluations for windows and doors that need attention, whether it is due to installation or manufacturing.
- Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation.
- Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently.
- Travel to customers\' homes to assess and repair our products.
- Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a service technician or finish carpenter preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products.
- Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
- Valid US Driver?s License.
